Every carpet is different. A guest room that gets walked on twice a month doesn’t need the same cleaning as a hallway with ten years of traffic lanes. That’s why we offer three cleaning packages, each built for a different level of soil.

All three use our truck-mounted hot water extraction, and all three include pre-treatment, deodorizer and our 100% satisfaction guarantee. The difference is how much scrubbing and extraction work goes into the carpet before we’re done. Our technician will look at your carpet with you and recommend a package before any work starts. Prices are per room, up to 200 square feet per room. The minimum service charge is $150, which covers up to 2 rooms and a hallway.

Which Package Do You Need?

You don’t have to decide before we arrive. Your technician will walk the rooms with you and recommend a package and you can mix packages from room to room. Here’s a quick guide:

Choose Classic Clean if your carpet looks a little dull, you vacuum regularly and it’s been about a year since the last professional cleaning.
Choose Pro Clean if you can see darker traffic lanes in hallways or in front of the couch, or if it’s been two years or more.
Choose Max Clean if the carpet is matted and gray, hasn’t been cleaned in years, or you’re getting a rental ready for move-out inspection.

Pet accidents are treated separately with our pet odor treatment, which can be added to any package.

What Pre-Scrub and Rotary Extraction Do

Pre-Scrub (Pro Clean and Max Clean)

After the pre-treatment goes down, we scrub it into the carpet fibers with a machine. This breaks up body oils and ground-in soil that a spray alone can’t reach, so more of it comes out during extraction. It’s the step that makes the biggest difference on traffic lanes.

Rotary Extraction (Max Clean)

Rotary extraction uses a powered head with spinning jets that clean the carpet from several directions at once. Each spot gets multiple passes of hot water and suction in a single sweep, which pulls out deeply embedded soil and residue that a standard wand pass leaves behind. It’s our most thorough cleaning and the closest thing to restoring heavily soiled carpet.

What Counts as a Room?

A room is any carpeted area up to 200 square feet, which covers most bedrooms and offices. Larger spaces like big living rooms or open great rooms may count as more than one room. We confirm the room count and your total before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Hallways: $40 per standard hallway. One hallway is included in the $150 minimum.
Stairs: $85 for a staircase of up to 16 steps.
Closets: small closets are typically included with the room. Walk-in closets are $25.
Furniture: we don’t move heavy or breakable furniture, such as beds, dressers, entertainment centers or anything with glass. Please clear small items, toys and breakables off the floor before we arrive.
