How often should i get professional carpet cleaning done?
We recommend having a professional carpet cleaning performed at least once every 12 months. If you have children or pets than we recommend once every 6 months.
What should I do to prepare for carpet cleaning?
It is best to clear any items from the areas you want to have carpet cleaning performed. It’s okay to leave heavy items such as beds or entertainment centers in the areas as the cleaning technicians can work around these.
Should I vacuum prior to carpet cleaning?
It is not necessary as the cleaning technician will vacuum prior to your carpet cleaning. In some cases where pets are involved it can be a good idea though. If you have a lot of pet hair than the more vacuuming the better in order to remove as much pet hair as possible.
How long does it take my carpets to dry after carpet cleaning?
After you have a professional carpet cleaning performed by one of our trained technicians the typical dry time is about 6-8 hours. We utilize high powered truck mounted steam cleaning equipment so it leaves your carpet thoroughly clean with minimal dry time.
Are your carpet cleaning products safe for kids?
Absolutely! All our carpet cleaning products are safe for children and pets. We only use eco friendly cleaning solutions so they are also safe for the environment.
How long before furniture can be put back after carpet cleaning?
Ideally, you should leave furniture off the carpet until it is completely dry. Do not place furniture that has a metal or wood bottoms on wet carpet as it can cause staining.
How long before I can walk on the carpet after carpet cleaning?
In most cases it’s okay to walk on the carpet after the cleaning is done. It is recommended though that shoes are not worn on the carpet until it is completely dry.
